Privacy Policy

Celestial Tools is designed to work without accounts, logins, or tracking pixels. This page describes the small amount of data we do handle.

When you submit a dream, the text you typed (and the optional mood you selected) is sent to our server, passed to an AI provider (Google, via the Gemini API) to generate the reading, and stored in our database together with the generated reading. We store it so that identical dreams can be answered from cache instead of re-generating. We do not store your name, email, or account identity alongside it — there is none to store.

To prevent abuse, we apply a daily request limit per visitor. For this we store a one-way salted hash of your IP address for the current day. The raw IP address is not stored, and the hash cannot reasonably be reversed.

If you join our email list, we store your email address and which page you signed up from. We use it only to send the emails you signed up for. We do not sell or share the list. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also request deletion at any time.

The site currently runs no third-party analytics or advertising scripts. If display advertising is added in the future, this policy will be updated first, and any required consent tooling will be added for visitors in regions that mandate it.

The site is hosted on Vercel; data is stored with Supabase; dream readings are generated via the Google Gemini API. Each processes data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

You can request access to, or deletion of, any data connected to you — your email address, or a dream you submitted (include the approximate text so we can locate it). Contact: privacy@YOURDOMAIN — replace this with your address before launch.
